Where is my order?

  • All orders are shipped by Australia Post. We take all the necessary steps to ensure your parcel arrives safely and without issues, however once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands and in the care of the postal service.

  • In the event your parcel is classified as missing after a postal service investigation we will happily replace your order at no extra charge.

Care for your items

  • As with all jewellery, we do not recommend contact with any creams, sprays or perfumes as this may affect the finish of the product.

  • To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp (chemical free) cotton cloth to remove surface dirt or dust.

  • After cleaning, jewellery must be dried thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Returns Policy

  • If your order arrives and it is not right, we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.

  • Otherwise we only accept returns within 7 days of receipt if there is a defect in the product, not for a change of mind. This includes sale items. You will be given the option of a replacement pair/store credit depending on current stock availability.

  • The return must be shipped back to us in the original packaging within 7 business days of notifying us of the fault.

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges for the replacement item.

  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Sale items are non-returnable.

For example, the details you provide us when you place an order, open an account, subscribe to our emails, submit an enquiry, or provide feedback to us.   • We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. If you are located in Australia and wish to make a direct deposit, please contact us directly and we will provide you with our details.

  • All payments must be final prior to the shipment of your order.
